1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Mr. B Handyman Services ("we," "us," "our"), you ("client," "customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

Mr. B Handyman Services provides professional handyman and home maintenance services in Las Vegas, Nevada and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

• Electrical repairs and installations
• Plumbing services and repairs
• Carpentry and woodworking
• Interior and exterior painting
• HVAC maintenance and repairs
• Flooring installation and repair
• General home maintenance and repairs

3. Quotes and Pricing

Free Estimates

We provide free written estimates for most services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified.

Pricing Changes

Final pricing may vary from initial estimates if:

• Additional work is requested by the client
• Unforeseen complications arise during the project
• Material costs change significantly
• Project scope changes from the original estimate

Any pricing changes will be discussed and approved by the client before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Check (made payable to Mr. B Handyman Services)
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
• Electronic bank transfers

Payment Schedule

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. For larger projects exceeding $2,500, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Late Payment

Accounts not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge and collection costs.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling

Services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We will provide you with a scheduled appointment time and do our best to arrive punctually.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Weather and Delays

Work may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, emergency situations, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion, subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty covers defects in workmanship only, not normal wear and tear
• Materials are warranted according to manufacturer specifications
• Warranty is void if unauthorized repairs or modifications are made
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or acts of nature

Material Warranties

Materials and products are warranted according to the manufacturer's terms. We will assist with warranty claims for defective materials when applicable.

7. Liability and Insurance

General Liability

Mr. B Handyman Services carries general liability insurance to protect against property damage and injuries that may occur during the performance of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of insurance coverage available.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any damages shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to work areas
• Removing or protecting valuable items in the work area
• Disclosing known hazards or special conditions
• Ensuring pets are secured during service visits
• Obtaining necessary permits when required by local authorities

8. Property Access and Security

When you grant us access to your property, you agree that:

• You have the authority to grant such access
• You will provide keys, codes, or other access methods as needed
• You are responsible for securing the property after our departure
• We are not responsible for security breaches that occur after we leave

9. Permits and Compliance

While we are knowledgeable about local building codes and regulations, it is the client's responsibility to obtain any necessary permits required by local authorities. We will advise when permits may be needed, but the client is ultimately responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

10. Dispute Resolution

Communication First

We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. If you have concerns about our services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Mediation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any legal proceedings will be conducted in Nevada courts.
